After graduating law school a semester early, Tiffany passed the earlier February 2018 California bar exam with 3 published model answers. In February 2022, Tiffany passed both sections of the Florida bar exam on the first attempt, scoring in the 82nd percentile of MBE takers nationwide.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Tiffany had a career in design & architecture and dabbled in disaster management, GIS, and political science. Before moving to Miami, Tiffany lived in various U.S. cities, including, Philadelphia, NYC, Honolulu, Mammoth Lakes, and San Diego. Her favorite home was a small yurt located at nearly 10K feet elevation in the Sierra Mountains where she spent her free time hiking, back country skiing, and rock climbing.

Tiffany is the managing attorney of Nova Law PLLC, a Florida law firm. Tiffany advises startups on a variety of legal matters, including corporate law, venture financing, commercial contracts, technology licensing, and employment matters. Tiffany's clients also include VC funds and individual Angel investors whom she advises on a variety of matters, such as fund formation, partnership matters, target due diligence, and term sheets negotiations.
Tiffany attended law school in Silicon Valley where her professors had first hand experience with the (then) most innovative startups, tech founders, and venture capitalists. While attending law school, Tiffany served the Student Intellectual Property Law Association and the Journal of International Law. Tiffany spent her 1L Summer studying Chinese Business Law at Jiao Tong University in Shanghai and interned as a Summer Associate at China's largest law firm located in the Shanghai Tower. During law school, Tiffany gained experience counseling startups through SCU Law's renown Entrepreneurs' Law Clinic and as a Law Clerk to a boutique Los Angeles law firm that served startups, creatives, and small businesses.
